The guichet-qualifications.fr website is operated by the Guichet Entreprises service of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), pursuant to Decree No. 2020-946 of 30 July 2020.

The Guichet Entreprises service of the INPI operates the guichet-qualifications.fr and guichet-entreprises.fr websites. Both these websites form the digital point of single contact defined by European Directives 2006/123/CE and 2005/36/CE .

The INPI promotes job mobility for European Union and European Economic Area nationals by providing them with detailed information on how to access and practise regulated professions in France via fact sheets on regulated professions.

The guichet-qualifications.fr website is intended for all the nationals of the European Union and of the European Economic Area. It provides them with information on the possibilities to obtain the recognition of their professional qualifications and to practise a regulated profession in France with a view to working on the long term ( freedom of establishment ) or temporarily ( freedom to provide services ). It also provides French nationals with information on the possibilities to access and practise a regulated profession in another member state.
