This service is operated by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI).

Completing and submitting your application online

The website enables you to complete an application online, attach the supporting documents that may be required and pay any fees due. Once your application has been completed and submitted, it is sent to the relevant authority for processing. To follow the progress of your application, you will have the possibility to contact its recipient at any moment.
